Conforma is an advanced-molding company headquartered in Istanbul. We engineer conformal-cooling inserts, rapid-molded tools, and instrumented smart molds for the plastics manufacturing industry — designed in-house, manufactured by certified partners.
Conforma is an advanced-molding company headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye. We engineer three integrated product lines for the plastics manufacturing industry: Conformal Cooling Inserts (DMLS-printed inserts with internal water channels for shorter cycle times), Rapid Molding (production-quality short-run tooling delivered in days, not weeks), and Smart Molding (in-mold sensors with closed-loop process tuning). Conforma operates as the integration layer — tooling design, AM consulting, and process engineering are in-house; production is executed through certified manufacturing partners.
Conforma is an advanced-molding company headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye. Founded in 2026 by Gürkan Erol (Technical Leader) and Yunus Emre Muhaddisoğlu (Project Manager), Conforma exists to engineer process optimization directly into the mold itself.
The company delivers three integrated product lines. Conformal Cooling Inserts are DMLS-printed in Maraging 1.2709 with internal serpentine water channels that follow the cavity geometry — documented cycle-time reductions of 17 to 55 percent across automotive, consumer, and packaging applications. Rapid Molding covers short-run and prototyping inserts (and complete tools where geometry allows), with photopolymer SLA and aluminium 6061 / P20 options matched to part volume and lead-time. Smart Molding adds in-mold sensors and closed-loop process tuning — a software layer on top of conformal cooling, or a standalone monitoring deployment on existing tools.
Conforma operates as the integration layer. Tooling design, additive-manufacturing consulting, and process engineering are in-house; manufacturing is executed by certified partners — including Addpark (AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 for additive manufacturing) and Beta Machining (aerospace-grade CNC). This means certified-chain delivery without infrastructure dilution.

Conforma operates as the integration layer. Manufacturing is executed at certified partners. When co-presenting, always attribute capability accurately — never claim partner certifications as Conforma's own.
Conforma is in active pilot programs. For announcements about cycle-time reductions, new partners, or capability launches, subscribe to the press list.
