Our engineering team has completed a preliminary thermal simulation of the cavity, identifying three critical hot spots where conformal channels can reduce local temperature differentials by an estimated 40–55%. The proposed insert design leverages metal additive manufacturing (LPBF, IN625) to achieve channel geometries not feasible with conventional drilling.
The enclosed technical package includes: (1) baseline thermal simulation results, (2) proposed channel topology drawings, (3) material data sheet for IN625 at production temperatures, and (4) commercial terms for the 12-week pilot timeline.

Usage Notes
Print on 120gsm uncoated white. Use soft-touch matte laminate on reverse side for premium mailers. The header strip can use dark navy (#020C1B) if full-bleed print is available — replace navy mark arcs with cyan (#06C5D9) in that case. For digital use, export as PDF from browser at A4 size with background graphics enabled. Do not scale below 85% — minimum readable body text is 10pt.
